Sandra Kaczmarczyk

Sandra’s practice has focused on complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. She has worked on both trial and appellate matters and has experience with all phases of litigation, from the development of a complaint, through trial, to enforcement of a judgment. She has argued both discovery and dispositive motions in federal court, and has extensive experience with discovery and motions practice. Her cases have required resolution of a wide range of substantive and procedural issues and include cases that raise claims and defenses under the constitution, common law, and various state and federal statutes (for example, banking, antitrust, and environmental laws).

Sandra received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law School and has an M.A. in English Literature from Georgetown University and an A.B. in American History and Literature from Harvard University.
